Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping address and instructions for sending back your item.

  • In some cases, a prepaid return label if the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Please do not send any items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping Costs
